·       A C-suite leader of this Silicon Valley-based AI-native company completed a WPNT Ltd. 60-Day Executive Communications Coaching Intensive.  The bespoke sessions focused on continued fundrasising efforts and an eventual IPO. Components of the Intensive included investor communications and business media interviews.

·       WPNT Ltd. supported plant managers from around the world for a day-long Strategic Communications Coaching program. The PMs arrived in San Juan, Puerto Rico as part of a weeklong training academy designed to improve the company’s pipeline of skilled plant leaders. Key leaders from the company’s supply chain function are scheduled for a similar program in 2Q26.

·        Power Walking (No, not that kind.) This is the title of the latest WPNT Ltd. penned article featured on CEOWorld magazine. An excerpt follows:

“A senior communications executive with a well-known international services company was incredulous when her CEO’s closest aides pushed back on her suggestion that he walk through the office during an already scheduled visit and spend a few minutes chatting with employees. He was in the building. Employees were at their desks. The opportunity was literally steps away.  How could anyone justify walking away from such low hanging fruit?

…When employees are hungry for connection and trust can be hard to come by, CEOs or any leader, who make the effort to spend unscripted time with employees are exercising one of the most efficient, high impact leadership behaviors available to them. It’s low cost, low risk and high return—and too many inexplicably don’t take advantage.”
