· For the 18th year in a row, WPNT Ltd. is supporting this Fortune 100 company with its summer, commercial talent development programs. Two, Strategic Communications Coaching programs for eight professionals and two rounds of rehearsals are underway.
· Despite a far flung supply chain footprint, this client is taking a common approach to communications resulting in greater efficiency, improved time management and more overall effectiveness. More than a dozen supply chain leaders gathered for a Strategic Communications Coaching program at their world headquarters.
· Teams Communications Coaching was the focus of this day-and-a-half program for eight consultants at this professional services firm. The second day focused on partner choreography and the consultive approach. A similar program is planned for the fall.
· WPNT Ltd. is putting an increased focused on its 60-Day (8 Week) Executive Communications Coaching Intensives for aspiring and senior leaders which capitalize on opportunities that influence stakeholders and champions their business. In advance of the coaching, interviews with other company representatives provide additional insights that further inform the coaching. The first session and mid-point sessions are conducted on-site and then built around the real world, real-time communications activities of the executive. Weekly, virtual touchpoints of approximately 90 minutes are scheduled to prepare for the next speaking assignment and assess progress to date. In addition, at least two real-time observation opportunities by the coach are scheduled. Throughout the Intensive, the leader has unlimited access to WPNT Ltd.
-Two newer courses are also being offered:
- Given the ubiquity of virtual meetings, Virtual for Virtual is a 90-minute workshop accommodating two-four participants and conducted via Zoom. The focus is on The 3 Ls of Virtual Communications and Interacting with Visuals On-Line. WPNT Ltd.’s predicate strategic communications course is recommended in advance but not required.
- Decode and Connect takes a skill-building approach to listening. Most programs are heavy on lecture with little exercising. Decode and Connect recognizes that development and proficiency with listening takes practice with feedback.
