Tom Tischhauser

Tom is a senior executive with experience in leadership development and teambuilding. Global P&L, general management, M&A activities, and functional experience provide the strong background that Tom leverages in his executive coaching. Tom's expertise comes from his distinguished career as a senior leader, and currently as a corporate board member for two public companies. He held the position of vice president and general manager of Continental Automotive Systems Group and corporate vice president and general manager of the Motorola Automotive Group. Tom brings international experience gained from his expatriate assignment in Wiesbaden, Germany, where he held the position of European general manager for the Motorola Automotive Group.

While there, Tom successfully launched new businesses and established a strong base of customers in Europe and built an engineering team leveraging his leadership talent. He was also responsible for the automotive business groups in Shanghai, China for both Motorola and Continental.

Tom holds an engineering degree from Cornell University and is the recipient of five patents. He and his wife live near Chicago and have two daughters.
